Peter has extensive experience as a freelance musician and has played with many big names in jazz and improvised music. He has toured extensively both nationally and internationally and has participated in a large number of recordings. Peter can be heard in groups such as Plunge, Almaz Yebio Twist 'n' shout, Loïc Dequidt Trio/Quartet, Anders Nilsson’s AORTA, and with pianist Cecilia Persson.
Regarding his teaching approach, he says:
"I draw on my own background, experiences, and insights in my role as a teacher and strive to help my students by being both supportive, challenging, and inspiring. I aim to leave all artistic choices to the student and rather contribute with material, comments, and feedback that does not dictate how something should be played but rather show possibilities."
